Led by our founder
It began with a vision—an unwavering commitment to addressing real-world challenges through the vehicle of enterprise. Guided by this calling, our Founder and CEO has dedicated herself with purpose and conviction to confronting the complex issues that affect society, pursuing solutions that are both impactful and enduring.
In time, she recognized that her path as a serial entrepreneur was not confined to a single industry, but rather called for a broader canvas. She chose to operate across multiple sectors under a unified banner, shaping a company that transcends the traditional pursuit of revenue. Instead, it stands as a multifaceted force—rooted in purpose, driven by impact, and committed to building a legacy defined not only by success, but by meaningful and lasting contribution.
She has built this company with the intention of advancing causes that deeply resonate with her—causes that have served as the driving force behind its continued growth and evolution. What once began as ideas has since become the foundation upon which the company and its accomplished team operate.
From its VA Housing initiatives—dedicated to serving the men and women who have sacrificed for our freedoms—to its Infrastructure & Mechanical Systems division, which supports the vital operational backbone of institutions where decisions carry life-and-death consequences, the company remains grounded in purpose.
Drawing on her experience as a venture capital investor, she has also led the expansion into Applied and Life Sciences, supporting, investing in, and building emerging technologies rooted in nanofiber innovation and metamaterials. This division is actively advancing new initiatives, including work in stealth technologies, while engaging with investors and the U.S. government on non-dilutive funding opportunities.
With anticipation, we look forward to unveiling the developments emerging from L&M’s subsidiary endeavors. As the company continues to evolve, it remains poised to drive meaningful advancement and innovation—guided by a vision that extends far beyond enterprise, toward enduring impact.”
Personal Note from the Founder
“It is a rare and beautiful thing to arrive at a point where your work aligns so fully with the causes that move you at your core. There comes a moment in the journey where you transition from simply being an entrepreneur to understanding your true calling. And when that clarity meets the right people, the right talent & skill, the right energy, and the right purpose you begin to realize that what you are building is not just a company—but something far greater, with the power to make a lasting difference & build a legacy you’re proud of.”
The L&M Team
Our work is supported by a multidisciplinary team spanning advanced engineering, infrastructure systems, and strategic development. For our wearable defense and bioshield technologies, we collaborate with systems, embedded, RF communications, materials, and mechanical engineers to integrate secure data transmission, protective layering, and next-generation nanofiber and metamaterial applications—alongside ex–Special Forces operators with expertise in NIJ ballistics, body armor, and emerging battlefield technologies, as well as experience supporting ground training initiatives for the U.S. Air Force. Within our infrastructure and mechanical contracting division, particularly in healthcare environments such as Jamaica Hospital, our team includes HVAC and MEP engineers, project and field engineers, estimators, and commissioning specialists to ensure precision, compliance, and operational reliability in mission-critical settings. Complementing these efforts, our VA housing and development initiatives are driven by civil and structural engineers, architects, and construction professionals, alongside financial and capital markets specialists who structure financing, leverage government programs, and support scalable, impact-driven growth.
